    Mr. Bain has an impressive and accomplished track record as an enterprise software entrepreneur and executive. Since Mr. Bain was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July of 2009, he has built a solid record of success with PrimeRevenue receiving numerous awards for growth, customer service, and innovation, along with being recognized as a top employer, while consistently growing revenues over his nearly seven-year tenure.

    Mr. Bain is a life-long software and technology entrepreneur having been involved in numerous firms in a founder, executive, advisor or investor role. Immediately prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Bain was the VP and General Manager of Exact Holding N.V. (NYSE/AMS: EXACT), a leading global provider of business software solutions. He was previously founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an Atlanta-based, B2B software and services firm that grew to be the largest reseller of Exact Software in North America, later acquired by Exact. Mr. Bain holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

    Since joining PrimeRevenue in January 2006, Mr. Feather has successfully ushered us from our very early days as a visionary startup, through the financial crisis to today’s position as a thriving mid-sized leader in the cloud-enabled supply chain finance marketplace. He was instrumental in recapitalizing the company with an $80M investment led by BBH Capital Partners in 2015. Prior to PrimeRevenue, he was in financial management roles at Ariba, Freemarkets and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Nathan holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

    Mr. Quillian joined PrimeRevenue as General Counsel in 2007. He and his team have been instrumental in successfully creating the unique legal structures that support PrimeRevenue’s multi-funder model and PrimeRevenue Capital Management. Prior to PrimeRevenue, David was General Counsel at Harbor Payments, which was successfully acquired by American Express. He holds degrees from Duke and the University of Georgia School of Law.

    Dominic joined PrimeRevenue in 2016, and is responsible for leading our bank and capital markets funding strategies and execution. He focuses on building global, scalable and highly efficient funding structures that maximize options for supporting PrimeRevenue’s programs. Dominic began his career as an attorney and was a partner with Kaye Scholer before joining DLJ as a senior banker. Dominic brings tremendous strategic and capital markets experience in all areas of finance having held senior positions at, among others, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets in addition to DLJ. Dominic earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from SUNY Binghamton.

    Tom joined PrimeRevenue in late 2015 to spearhead the global marketing strategy and further develop the existing marketing TEAM. He’s successfully led initiatives to position PrimeRevenue as a global thought-leader in working capital solutions and implemented a buyer-prospect lead/demand generation process. In late 2017, Tom was appointed to lead the global supplier sales team, in addition to global business development and marketing. Previously, Tom held several sales and marketing leadership positions throughout a 25-year period in the financial, technology and information services industries with CashEdge, E*TRADE Financial and Fiserv. Tom earned a B.A. in Economics at Connecticut College and an M.B.A in Marketing at Columbia University.

    Max joined PrimeRevenue in early 2014 as VP, Technical Operations and Enterprise Systems at which time he was certified CISO (C|CISO). He was promoted to Chief Information and Security Officer in early 2018 to manage technical operations, security, GRC, disaster recovery, compliance initiatives (SOC 1, SOC 2 and global bank security initiatives) and enterprise systems and infrastructure.

    Prior to his role at PrimeRevenue, Max held a role with Top Secret government clearance as well as senior-level roles as Senior VP of Technology and CTO at influential eCommerce and banking companies where he led strategy and execution of global IT and dev ops, information/security management and complex systems integration. Max, who is fluent in Spanish, graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.

    Janet joined PrimeRevenue in 2014 as a Director Product Development. Her leadership has been critical to PrimeRevenue’s technology roadmap thus leading to her promotion to VP of Product Development in early 2018.

    Janet is responsible for managing development and architecture for entire suite of PrimeRevenue’s OpenSCi products processing over $180 billion annually. Within the first few months of arriving at PrimeRevenue, Janet helped build and expand an onshore/offshore high-performance software development organization and cultivated knowledge base for all products on a global basis.

    Prior to PrimeRevenue, Janet held senior-level IT roles at Generation Mortgage, ClickSquared and AFLAC. She received her B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia State University.

    Mr. Doorley joined PrimeRevenue in April 2012 and gained immediate recognition for his ability to build high-performance teams and lead sales and service delivery organizations. His innate strategic vision, clear sense of purpose, inspired leadership and fanatical commitment to client service has enabled us to reach heightened levels of customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Doorley served as Senior Manager with Ernst and Young, General Manager – North America for Exact Software and an Independent Advisor/Mentor for new technology startups. Matt holds a BBA degree from the University of Dayton with a major in Management Information Systems.

    Brian joined PrimeRevenue in early 2012, after more than 20 years of sales leadership, executive-level consultant and business growth experience. As Regional VP of Sales of the Americas, Brian leads a growing team of fintech sales professionals with a focus on developing strong customer relationships, improving sales predictability and helping PrimeRevenue enter the lucrative mid-market.

    Prior to PrimeRevenue, Brian honed his enterprise software sales leadership skills at Clarus Corporation. He also served as an operations and IT management consultant for Kurt Salmon Associates. In addition to his sales and consulting background, Brian has deep experience in the financial industry having founded a successful residential mortgage broker and lending business. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology having earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Economics and M.B.A. in Global Business.

    A former professional rugby player, Mark brings an unconventional mix of experience and sales leadership skills to PrimeRevenue. As Regional VP of Sales of EMEA, Mark and his team are responsible for expanding the company’s presence and customer relationships across key countries in Europe.

    Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mark served as Head of Corporate Treasury Sales for Investec Bank PLC, where he helped build their corporate and institutional treasury business over 8 years into a premier provider in the UK Mid-Market. Additional financial industry and sales experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager and Treasury Dealer at Anglo Irish Bank and Senior Account Executive at Ruesch International, a Global Corporate FX Broker acquired by Travelex in 2006. Mark is a graduate of The Nottingham Trent University with a degree in International Relations.

Robert collaborates closely with Regional VP’s of Sales to design sales strategies and account plans. He also manages the systems and processes that measure and track sales performance. As VP of Sales & Funding Operations, Robert leads a team that ensures that PrimeRevenue has the right amount of sales intelligence at the right time.

    Additionally, Robert is responsible for corporate development and investor relationships. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Robert was an investment banker with Citigroup, Royal Bank of Scotland, SunTrust and Croft & Bender. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia.

    Roger joined PrimeRevenue in early 2015 as Director of Financial Operations and was promoted to VP, Financial Operations in late 2017. He is responsible for directing and overseeing financial operations, financial planning and business analysis including reporting, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.

    Prior to PrimeRevenue, Roger spent 14 years with Industrial Developments International, most recently as Vice President of Tax after five years as Director of Corporate Accounting. Previously, Roger was a Tax Manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Roger graduated from Coastal Caroline University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

    Matt joined PrimeRevenue in early 2015 and is responsible for overseeing all commercial, strategic and operational aspects of PrimeRevenue’s supply chain finance offerings throughout EMEA, based in Prague. He has been instrumental in gaining global alignment and developing supplier enablement processes for the region, which has seen a 20% increase in revenue in the last year. He’s also been at the forefront of developing the inventory trading solution, a tool to improve Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), with PrimeRevenue partner Tower Trade Group. Prior to his current role, Matt worked for us in London and was instrumental in setting up the infrastructure of PrimeRevenue Capital Management.

    Matt joined PrimeRevenue following a 15-year career at Morgan Stanley, where he worked in fixed income operations covering debt syndication through bonds, EMTNS, corporate loans and other debt securitization. Notably, he set up non-core location operations in Europe (Budapest) and all lending operations in Baltimore from scratch.

    Matt, who was born and raised in South East England, earned a B.S. in Sports Science at University of Teesside where he mastered the art of TEAM development and accountability as a youth international rugby player.
