    Mr. Bain has an impressive and accomplished track record as an enterprise software entrepreneur and executive. Since Mr. Bain was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July of 2009, he has built a solid record of success with PrimeRevenue receiving numerous awards for growth, customer service, and innovation, along with being recognized as a top employer, while consistently growing revenues over his nearly seven-year tenure.

    Mr. Bain is a life-long software and technology entrepreneur having been involved in numerous firms in a founder, executive, advisor or investor role. Immediately prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Bain was the VP and General Manager of Exact Holding N.V. (NYSE/AMS: EXACT), a leading global provider of business software solutions. He was previously founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an Atlanta-based, B2B software and services firm that grew to be the largest reseller of Exact Software in North America, later acquired by Exact. Mr. Bain holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

    Since joining PrimeRevenue in January 2006, Mr. Feather has successfully ushered us from our very early days as a visionary startup, through the financial crisis to today’s position as a thriving mid-sized leader in the cloud-enabled supply chain finance marketplace. He was instrumental in recapitalizing the company with an $80M investment led by BBH Capital Partners in 2015. Prior to PrimeRevenue, he was in financial management roles at Ariba, Freemarkets and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Feather holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

    Mr. Barnes, PrimeRevenue’s visionary founder, returned as Managing Director of PrimeRevenue Capital Management Ltd. in 2014 and where he institutionalized our Asset Management business. Throughout his career, Rob has revolutionized global trade and finance through a combination of technology and services that provide cash flow visibility and working capital solutions across global supply chains for multinational companies. Rob was integral to PrimeRevenue’s growth from our humble beginnings to our current leadership position among the world’s largest and most-recognized financial services institutions including HSBC, RBS, Morgan Stanley, and Westpac. Rob also served as joint CEO of A-Trade, a trade finance and structuring company, which he also co-founded in 2011.

Mr. Dean is a decorated Airborne Infantry Officer and holds both a BBA MIS/CS and MBA from the University of Georgia.

He and his team are engaged in building world-class, digital demand generation capabilities, simplifying the brand and positioning the company to present ourselves as the leader we truly are. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Roberts held both sales and marketing executive leadership positions at other FinTech successes such as Fiserv, CashEdge and E*TRADE Financial. He has been a senior leader on teams that have substantially grown several mid-sized technology companies, resulting in successful exits. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia University.

Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Doorley served as Senior Manager with Ernst and Young, General Manager – North America for Exact Software and an Independent Advisor/Mentor for new technology startups. Matt holds a BBA degree from the University of Dayton with a major in Management Information Systems.

Additionally, Robert is responsible for corporate development and investor relationships. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Robert was an investment banker with Citigroup, Royal Bank of Scotland, SunTrust and Croft & Bender. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia.
