    Mr. Bain has an impressive and accomplished track record as an enterprise software entrepreneur and executive. Since Mr. Bain was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July of 2009, he has built a solid record of success with PrimeRevenue receiving numerous awards for growth, customer service, and innovation, along with being recognized as a top employer, while consistently growing revenues over his nearly seven-year tenure.

    Mr. Bain is a life-long software and technology entrepreneur having been involved in numerous firms in a founder, executive, advisor or investor role. Immediately prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Bain was the VP and General Manager of Exact Holding N.V. (NYSE/AMS: EXACT), a leading global provider of business software solutions. He was previously founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an Atlanta-based, B2B software and services firm that grew to be the largest reseller of Exact Software in North America, later acquired by Exact. Mr. Bain holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

    Since joining PrimeRevenue in January 2006, Mr. Feather has successfully ushered us from our very early days as a visionary startup, through the financial crisis to today’s position as a thriving mid-sized leader in the cloud-enabled supply chain finance marketplace. He was instrumental in recapitalizing the company with an $80M investment led by BBH Capital Partners in 2015. Prior to PrimeRevenue, he was in financial management roles at Ariba, Freemarkets and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Feather holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

    Mr. Quillian joined PrimeRevenue as General Counsel in 2007. He and his team have been instrumental in successfully creating the unique legal structures that support PrimeRevenue’s multi-funder model and PrimeRevenue Capital Management. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Quillian was General Counsel at Harbor Payments, which was successfully acquired by American Express. He holds degrees from Duke and the University of Georgia School of Law.

    Mr. Dean joined PrimeRevenue in December 2015. He and his leadership team are engaged in driving PrimeRevenue’s cloud-enabled product portfolio forward at a rapid rate, ensuring quality and compliance across the company’s technical operations. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Dean held senior executive positions at numerous FinTech companies, including FINSYNC, M3, D+H and EDS. Mr. Dean is a decorated Airborne Infantry Officer and holds both a BBA MIS/CS and MBA from the University of Georgia.

    Dominic joined PrimeRevenue in 2016, and is responsible for leading our bank and capital markets funding strategies and execution. He focuses on building global, scalable and highly efficient funding structures that maximize options for supporting PrimeRevenue’s programs. Dominic began his career as an attorney and was a partner with Kaye Scholer before joining DLJ as a senior banker. Dominic brings tremendous strategic and capital markets experience in all areas of finance having held senior positions at, among others, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets in addition to DLJ. Dominic earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from SUNY Binghamton.

Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Roberts held both sales and marketing executive leadership positions at other FinTech successes such as Fiserv, CashEdge and E*TRADE Financial. He has been a senior leader on teams that have substantially grown several mid-sized technology companies, resulting in successful exits. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia University.

Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Doorley served as Senior Manager with Ernst and Young, General Manager – North America for Exact Software and an Independent Advisor/Mentor for new technology startups. Matt holds a BBA degree from the University of Dayton with a major in Management Information Systems.

Robert collaborates closely with executive management TEAMS to build business intelligence systems, and lead strategic projects and support the CEO with strategic planning. Additionally, Robert is responsible for corporate development and investor relationships. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Robert was an investment banker with Citigroup, Royal Bank of Scotland, SunTrust and Croft & Bender. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia.
