Respect: The Cornerstone of Our Culture

After Performance, Respect is the second of the six core values that define PrimeRevenue’s culture. But second in order certainly doesn’t mean second in importance. In fact, Respect may be the most foundational of our values – the cornerstone that supports all the others.

Respect is ingrained in our culture and incorporated into everything we do. As a global company, we respect that each member of our TEAM brings a unique perspective to the table. We honor each other’s perspectives, recognizing there are rich opportunities to be discovered when we give one another space to be heard. We also respect the potential of every individual on the PrimeRevenue TEAM. From PrimeRevenue University to mentoring and leadership development, we are committed to helping each member of our staff grow professionally and personally within our organization.

Externally, we respect the potential and goals of every buyer and supplier we work with. We take the time to understand their ambitions and challenges, and we do everything we can to help them meet their goals. Our supply chain finance and working capital solutions provide buyers and suppliers debt-free, low-cost ways to finance growth so they can focus on growing their businesses.

One area where Respect has had a transformative impact on our customers is supplier relationships. The buyers we work with value their supplier relationships. More than ever before, they want their suppliers to be true partners – they want them to be successful, innovative and competitive. But options for funding strategic growth and innovation initiatives can be limited for many suppliers.

Traditional working capital and supply chain finance programs target only the largest, most strategic suppliers. We see things differently. That’s why we work with our clients to build programs that delve deeper into the supply chain. We extend our solutions to suppliers of all sizes and geographies, which allows our clients to unlock the most cash flow gain possible in a way that is beneficial to all suppliers – not just those with the most spend.
