PrimeRevenue, Inc., the leading provider of working capital financial technology solutions, announces that Jennifer Kemery-Couch, the company’s Director of Funding Partnerships, was named a Finalist in the Employee of the Year category in the 14th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run – worldwide. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, November 17 and will be broadcast on Livestream.
More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories and Kemery-Couch is a Finalist in the Employee of the Year category.
Kemery-Couch has been responsible for PrimeRevenue’s most highly-ranked customers and their thousands of suppliers over the last six years. Her management style, critical business analyses and cross-border training efforts have enabled major companies to gain millions of dollars in working capital as to invest in product innovation and outrank competitors.
Most importantly, she’s instituted supply chain finance programs that benefit more than just the key strategic suppliers, bringing aid to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well.
“This is important as SMEs have been virtually ignored by other supply chain finance providers, leaving their companies vulnerable to failure,” said Matt Doorley, Vice President of Customer Success at PrimeRevenue. “Jennifer’s actions have been described as giving SMEs a lifeline, and many will say that they would have closed down if it wasn’t for the programs PrimeRevenue developed and for the passion illustrated by Jennifer. She was also the key contributor to a program team that designed, educated customers and launched this innovative SMEs program to many clients – to resounding success.”
Finalists were chosen by more than 170 professionals worldwide serving on five specialized judging committees.
“Every year we say that the current crop of Stevies for Women nominations couldn’t be better, and the next year we’re proven wrong,” said Michael Gallagher, Founder and President of the Stevie Awards. “The judges’ scores and comments bear witness to the fact that this year we will honor a truly remarkable class of women and women-led organizations in New York on November 17.”
