• Published January 16, 2025 •Last week, PrimeRevenue kicked off the new year with our 2025 Global Kickoff (GKO), our annual event where TEAMs from around the world come together to celebrate our successes, align on future goals, and energize for the year ahead. This year’s theme, Grand Slam, embodies the bold action and TEAMwork that propelled us to exceed expectations in 2024 and sets the stage for an extraordinary year ahead.
In many ways, 2024 was about courage—taking risks, embracing challenges, and staying true to our customer-first approach. These lessons, coupled with our 2025 mantra Be Brave. Be Bold., will guide us as we tackle the opportunities ahead with the same tenacity and resilience that brought us here.
Bold Action Fuels Growth
Last year was a transformative one for PrimeRevenue. Our team’s ability to move fast and act decisively made all the difference. When we initially planned for a gradual rollout of Payments as a Service, it became clear we needed to move faster. By the end of the year, it became a significant portion of where we expect revenue to come from—a testament to what happens when we’re willing to take bold swings.
Success wasn’t always easy. There were tough conversations and moments of uncertainty. But we learned something important: when we face challenges head-on, we create momentum that carries us through and allows us to exceed even our most ambitious goals.
Turning Volatility Into Opportunity
The world today is anything but predictable. Geopolitical tensions, economic shifts, and supply chain disruptions remain constant challenges. But volatility isn’t just a hurdle—it’s an opportunity to innovate, grow, and lead.
I’ve always believed that “cash flow flexibility is the best shock absorber for uncertainty”, and this past year proved it yet again. Our ability to help customers navigate disruptions by providing liquidity and transparency is why they trust us—and why we remain a leader in B2B payments and supply chain finance.

A Fireside Chat with Andruw Jones
One of the highlights of this year’s GKO was a special appearance by Andruw Jones, the legendary baseball player and five-time MLB All-Star. As someone who has excelled on one of the biggest stages in sports, Andruw’s insights resonated deeply with our Grand Slam theme.
During a fireside chat, Andruw shared stories of resilience, preparation, and the importance of TEAMwork. He spoke candidly about the highs and lows of his career and how maintaining focus under pressure led to his success.
One of my favorite takeaways from the conversation was when Andruw instilled a truly inspirational concept within our TEAM: The greatest players aren’t just the ones who hit the home runs—they’re the ones who show up every day and do the hard work that leads to those moments.
It was a motivating reminder that greatness is built on consistency, dedication, and a willingness to embrace challenges—values that align perfectly with our 2025 mantra, Be Brave. Be Bold.
Celebrating Culture and Purpose
A standout moment from GKO was the donation of 10 wheelchairs to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. This act of giving back highlighted PrimeRevenue’s commitment to living our values and creating meaningful impact beyond the business world.
