PrimeRevenue, Inc., the leading provider of working capital financial technology solutions, announces seven executive promotions forerunning an initiative to add several regional funders to the multi-funder platform in 2018. This would bring PrimeRevenue’s amount of funding partners to over 70– thus expanding its supply chain finance solutions to better support businesses that may otherwise struggle to find easy access to large amounts of capital needed to grow.
Effective January 1, 2018, David Quillian has been promoted to Chief Legal Officer of PrimeRevenue. Quillian was previously Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Board and has been with PrimeRevenue since January 2007.
In technology, Janet Pierce, previously Director of Product Development, will join the Leadership team and has been promoted to Vice President of Product Development. Joining her is Max Garcia, promoted to Chief Information Security Officer after four years with PrimeRevenue as the Vice President of Technical Operations and Enterprise Systems.
These promotions were on the heels of several others across the finance, sales, customer success and supplier engagement teams in the Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific (EMEA) and Americas regions.
In the Americas, Roger Grier, who joined PrimeRevenue as Director of Financial Operations in 2015, was promoted to VP Financial Operations. Brian Medley was promoted from Director of Sales, Americas to Regional Vice President of Sales, Americas. In addition, Tom Roberts, who joined PrimeRevenue in 2015, was promoted to SVP Global Marketing and Supplier Engagement, thus adding responsibility for the supplier sales and engagement team to his role.
In EMEA, Matt Ford was promoted to Regional Vice President, responsible for all commercial, strategic and operational aspects of PrimeRevenue’s Supply Chain Finance offerings in EMEA. Ford joined PrimeRevenue in 2015 to set up the infrastructure of PrimeRevenue Capital Management, the company’s capital markets funding offering.
In addition, Mark Douglas was promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales, EMEA after only seven months serving as Director of Sales, EMEA. Douglas joined PrimeRevenue in March 2017 after more than seven years at Investec.
“With the aim of retaining and increasing our global portfolio of long-term, referenceable clients, it is key to have the right leadership in place,” said PrimeRevenue CEO PJ Bain. “I believe these TEAM members are the leaders we need to ensure we drive the highest value for our clients and ensure we are known in the global supply chain finance market as being the partner that consistently lives the values of integrity, excellence and respect. We also look forward to growing our funding portfolio to include more regional and community banks as we look to bring more liquidity diversity to companies of a variety of sizes.”
