Diversity: Embracing Infinite Identities

• Published November 29, 2022 •At PrimeRevenue, we embrace everyone and their infinite identities. As we continue to learn from the inequities of the past and present, we are committed to building a TEAM reflective of the richness of our global presence at every level of our organization.
We embrace smart, hungry, and humble members of all nationalities, races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, religious beliefs, abilities, family circumstances, and the countless other attributes and life experiences that make each of us who we are. We know that the PrimeRevenue TEAM will be its most successful when we all bring our true selves to work. And we actively seek out a wide variety of perspectives and ideas across functional areas and global regions.
Our DEI Council is guided by three primary goals: Culture of Inclusion, Diverse Workforce, and External Community (supporting underrepresented and underserved communities). We continuously assess our progress to learn more, do more and be more. Examples of recent initiatives include equitable pay analysis, unconscious bias training, inclusion surveys, and establishing diverse hiring standards of excellence for all managers.
We approach all our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives with humility and openness. We recognize that DEI is not a moment in time with an end destination but a journey that continues to evolve over time.
