PJ Bain


As Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of PrimeRevenue since July, 2009, PJ Bain is responsible for the company’s overall corporate direction and performance. Bain’s vision, leadership and passion have led PrimeRevenue through seven consecutive quarters of growth and profitability, and solidly established PrimeRevenue as the leader and innovator in the Supply Chain Finance market. 

Mr. Bain brings to PrimeRevenue a proven track record of success in leading organizations to next-level performance and growth. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, he held a number of executive-level positions in technology and supply chain organizations. Most recently, Bain was the VP and General Manager of Exact Software (NYSE/AMS: EXACT), a leading global provider of business software solutions, where he was the senior executive responsible for operations throughout North America and Latin America, directing an organization of over 350 individuals. 

Prior to his tenure at Exact, Bain was founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an award winning firm that grew to be the largest reseller of Exact Software in North America, and was later acquired by Exact. He also led numerous acquisitions, co-founded several successful technology companies, and served as interim CEO for technology companies in transition. 

Mr. Bain received his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

James D. Robinson III

Mr. Robinson is presently a co-founder and General Partner of RRE Ventures, LLC, a private information technology venture investment firm. Mr. Robinson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Company from 1977 to 1993. Prior to that, he held several executive positions within American Express, was a general partner with White Weld & Co., and served as Assistant to the Chairman and President of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company.
Mr. Robinson is a Director of the Coca-Cola Company.
Mr. Robinson is a member of the Business Council, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Committee for Economic Development. He is Honorary Chairman of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center; an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution; and Chairman Emeritus of the World Travel and Tourism Council. Mr. Robinson served as Co-Chairman of the Business Roundtable and as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations.
Mr. Robinson has a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University.

Alan J. Dabbiere

Alan J. Dabbiere is currently President of Pegasys Inc., a privately held investment company. Previously Mr. Dabbiere was founder of Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ:MANH), a supply chain execution software company, and served as President and CEO from 1990 through 1999, and Chairman of the Board from 2000 through 2003. Prior to that Mr. Dabbiere was employed by Kurt Salmon Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in consumer products manufacturing and retailing. Mr. Dabbiere was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999 and has been active with Georgia Tech, Emory University, United Way, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and numerous other industry and charitable organizations.
Mr. Dabbiere has a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry and an MBA from Indiana University.

Roger Lee

Mr. Lee is a partner at Battery Ventures and focuses on the software, consumer Internet and digital media markets. Roger is currently a board member at Friendster, Peerflix and PrimeRevenue and he was a board observer at Neoteris prior to its acquisition by NetScreen.
Before joining Battery, Roger spent ten years as an entrepreneur and operator. Most recently, he was a co-founder of Corio, a leading managed service provider that was acquired by IBM. At Corio, Roger oversaw all business development activities and later became a General Manager of the eCommerce business unit. Prior to Corio, Roger was the Manager of Internet Products at Edify Corporation. Roger was also the co-founder and President of NetMarket, an online consumer Internet service that was acquired by Cendant Corporation.
Mr. Lee graduated with distinction from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Susan McLaughlin

Over the past several years Ms. McLaughlin has run Vickpark Associates, a business advisory service focused on providing operations strategy and execution counsel to small/medium size businesses and to private equity firms. Her clients represent a broad base of industries including transaction processing, financial services, media, equipment distribution and energy. 

Prior to establishing Vickpark, she held a number of senior leadership positions including: President of ABD International, EVP and Chief Operating Officer of AGL Resources, President of Consumer Services at BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Eastman Kodak Company’s $2.5 Billion Professional Division. Other key positions during her 10-year tenure at Kodak include President, Kodak Imaging Services; General Manager, US Operations; and President, Eastman Savings and Loan. McLaughlin also served as a vice president of Citibank and Chase Lincoln First Bank, both located in Rochester, New York.

Ms. McLaughlin is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where she received her Bachelor of Science degree (with highest honors) in education with a major in Math. She currently sits on the boards Purchasing Power, Spelman College and Mary Baldwin College. She has previously served on the boards of Target Corporation, Delphi Corporation and nTelos Corporation, a regional telecommunications company based in Virginia. She is also a member of the Corporate Council of the White House Project, the Committee of 200 and The International Women’s Forum.

R. Charles Shufeldt

Mr. Shufeldt is a Senior Advisor to Brown Brothers Harriman & Co (BBH). He started his career in 1976 at BBH in New York, moving to Atlanta in 1984 where he joined the predecessor of SunTrust Bank to start a corporate finance business for the bank. Over the course of his 23 year career at SunTrust, Charles held senior positions in corporate banking, capital markets, and investment banking. In 2003, he became Corporate EVP and head of the Corporate and Investment Banking line of business including corporate banking, investment banking, debt, and equity capital. Following his retirement from SunTrust in 2007, Charles rejoined BBH and spends most of his time working with their private equity business serving on a number of portfolio company boards. Charles has served as Chairman of the District Committee 7 of the NASD and the ABA Securities Association. He has been active in the Atlanta community having served as chairman of Young Audiences of Atlanta, the Atlanta Ballet, and is currently a member of the executive committees of PATH Foundation, Trees Atlanta, and the BeltLine Partnership. Shufeldt is a graduate of Washington and Lee University. He also earned a master’s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
