PJ Bain
CEO, PrimeRevenue
Mr. Bain has been Chief Executive Officer since July 2009. Prior to PrimeRevenue, Mr. Bain was founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an enterprise software and services firm that was eventually acquired by Exact Holding N.V. (NYSE/AMS: EXACT). Mr. Bain transitioned into a new role as a business unit general manager for Exact, contributing to its growth as a leading global provider of business software solutions. Mr. Bain holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Dennis Lockhart
Former President & CEO, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta
Mr. Lockhart served as the 14th head of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta for 10 years, a tenure that ended in February 2017. Mr. Lockhart was responsible for all Bank activities, and served on the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC). Prior to that, Mr. Lockhart was on the faculty of Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service, and was an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Mr. Lockhart also held senior executive positions at leading private equity firms and Citigroup. Mr. Lockhart holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a Master’s from Johns Hopkins.
Roger Lee
General Partner, Battery Ventures
Mr. Lee has been a general partner at Battery Ventures since 2001. In addition to PrimeRevenue, his current portfolio includes leading B2B and B2C technology companies. Before joining Battery, Roger spent 10 years as an entrepreneur and operator. He was a co-founder of Corio, a managed-service provider acquired by IBM. Prior to Corio, Roger was the manager of internet products at Edify. Roger was also the co-founder and president of NetMarket, an online consumer Internet service acquired by Cendant. Mr Lee holds a B.A. in political history from Yale University.
Charles Shufeldt
Senior Advisor, Corporate Advisory, Brown Brothers Harriman
Mr. Shufeldt rejoined Brown Brothers Harriman in 2010 as head of the Corporate Advisory Group and the firm’s regional banking efforts. Prior to that, Mr. Shufeldt held a number of senior executive positions at SunTrust Bank, from which he retired as the CEO of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and head of the Corporate and Investment Banking Line of Business. Mr. Shufeldt graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in history and has an M.A. from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
Bradley Langer
Managing Director, Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners
Mr. Langer is a managing director at Brown Brothers Harriman, and co-manager and principal of BBH Capital Partners. He has 18 years of private equity and investment experience. In addition to serving on the board of PrimeRevenue, Mr. Langer is a director or observer on the board of directors of leading technology companies including Noble Systems, Microban, Best Doctors, Haven Behavioral Healthcare, and American Physician Partners. Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Langer held positions at Whitney & Co., Paribas Capital Funding. Mr. Langer graduated from Bucknell University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
