PJ Bain


Since being appointed Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of PrimeRevenue in July of 2009, PJ Bain is responsible for the company’s overall corporate direction and performance and has built a solid record of success with sixteen (16) straight quarters of growth and profitability. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, Bain was the VP and General Manager of Exact Holding N.V. (NYSE/AMS: EXACT), a leading global provider of business software solutions, where he was the senior executive responsible for operations throughout North America and Latin America.

Prior to his tenure at Exact, Bain was founder and CEO of Inspired Solutions, an award winning, Atlanta-based, B2B software and services firm that grew to be the largest reseller of Exact Software in North America, and was later acquired by Exact. Bain also led numerous acquisitions, co-founded several successful technology companies, and served as interim CEO for technology companies in transition. His advisory services to software and technology companies have leveraged his expertise in corporate structure, capitalization and funding, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and go-to-market planning and execution.

Mr. Bain received his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Nathan Feather

Chief Financial Officer & General Manager, Europe

As Chief Financial Officer of PrimeRevenue Inc., Mr. Feather is and responsible for all of the company’s finance functions including financial planning, accounting, investor relationship, and taxation. In addition to overseeing the company’s financial management and activities, Mr. Feather is also responsible for global human resources and the company’s geographic expansion and organic growth. Since his appointment in 2006, PrimeRevenue has opened new offices in Paris, Frankfurt, London and Hong Kong and has increased its number of customers from 100 to 13,000 with today more than USD 60B in annual business volume.

Mr. Feather joined PrimeRevenue from Ariba, Inc., where he served as Director of Finance, responsible for New Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions in Pittsburgh. As finance support he was essential in building Ariba’s Supplier Network and turning the business into revenue generation. Before joining Ariba, Mr. Feather spent several years as Finance Manager for FreeMarkets where he orchestrated the acquisition from Ariba by providing detailed forward looking analysis for the company valuation based on Ariba standards.

Mr. Feather began his career in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Pittsburgh and is a certified public accountant. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Feather lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and is father of three.

Robert Barnes

Commercial Advisor, Founder

Robert returns to PrimeRevenue as a Commercial Advisor and the Founder of PrimeRevenue, supporting sales and business development as well as institutionalizing PrimeRevenue’s Asset Management business. Mr. Barnes served as joint CEO of A-Trade, a highly active trade finance and structuring company which he co-founded. Robert founded PrimeRevenue, the world’s premier supply chain finance company which he developed through a combination of technology and services to provide cash flow visibility and working capital solutions across global supply chains for multinational companies. Robert has managed complex global trade finance solutions, in Europe, North Americas and Asia and has advised a number of the worlds largest financial institutions and commodity trading companies including HSBC, RBS, Morgan Stanley, Westpac and Trafigura on supply chain and trade finance.

Ken Dummitt

Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing

As Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing for PrimeRevenue, Mr. Dummitt oversees the company’s worldwide sales and marketing operations.

Mr. Dummitt is a proven business leader with extensive international business-to-business financial services experience. In his most recent position at SunGard Data Systems he was Group President, Global Sales & Services, where he had marketing and sales responsibilities. Prior to that he was President of the Corporate Liquidity division, which provided software to the Global 2000 for the managing, tracking, and accounting of cash flows. While at SunGard, both Treasury & Risk and CFO Magazine named Mr. Dummitt one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Finance multiple times. Mr. Dummitt has served on the boards of successful SAAS companies and charities, and he holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada.

Dan Juliano

Senior Vice President, Business Development

As the Senior Vice President of business development, Mr. Juliano is responsible for identifying and developing PrimeRevenue’s global strategic partnerships. Mr. Juliano has also been a key member of the team involved in the design and development of PrimeRevenue’s OpenSCi suite of products and services that offers a comprehensive portfolio of working capital and cash flow optimization solutions.

Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, Mr. Juliano worked for software companies bringing to market B2B solutions such as ERP and Supply Chain Management, eProcurment and integration. Mr. Juliano received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.


Matt Doorley

Vice President & General Manager, Americas

Matt Doorley joins PrimeRevenue as General Manager, Americas Region, responsible for business development and service delivery for that area. Matt is a successful senior executive with a proven track record at building high-performance teams and leading sales and service delivery organizations with P&L responsibility.  Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, Matt was an Advisory Senior Manager in the Performance Improvement’s Reliability Technology Practice of Ernst & Young LLP specializing in driving financial value from improved throughput and operational efficiency in highly capitalized, high speed, manufacturing and packaging operations.

Prior to joining Ernst and Young, Matt worked at Exact Software North America and was responsible for overseeing service operations and business development of a $32M North America business unit.  Prior to Exact Matt served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP focused in IT enablement.  Matt was a member of the SAP service line specializing in program management, system analysis/assessment, configuration and implementation. Matt has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton with a major in Management Information Systems.  In addition, Matt completed a two-year business course offered by The Aji Network Intellectual Properties, Inc.

Eugene Buckley

Vice President & General Manager, Asia-Pacific

Mr. Buckley is General Manager for PrimeRevenue’s Asia/Pacific region. PrimeRevenue welcomes Mr. Buckley back after serving as General Manager Global Customer Experience at Spendvision, where he was responsible for overseeing customer relationships across sales, account management, implementation, and customer service. Previously, Mr. Buckley spent time within the working capital and transactional divisions of  JP Morgan Chase and was seconded to establish and grow Chase Manhattan JV, Intelisys, in Australia. He was instrumental in the establishment and growth of Qvalent, a subsidiary of Westpac bank, delivering accounts receivable outsourcing and procurement solutions. Mr Buckley spent 4  years with Dow Jones Telerate, the financial data and services company prior  to which Mr Buckley established business in Australia providing network security, virus protection, and software duplication services.

Robert Kramer

Vice President, Working Capital Products & Solutions

Mr. Kramer is responsible for the design, delivery and management of PrimeRevenue’s Supply Chain Finance programs worldwide. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, Mr. Kramer served as Chief Strategy Officer for Think Tools AG, a publicly traded Swiss-based provider of business intelligence software. In addition, he has held positions as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at Intelisys, Inc., where he also was the Chairman of the Board of Intelisys Australasia. Prior to Intelisys, Mr. Kramer held Vice President positions at JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Kramer received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

David Quillian

Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Quillian is responsible for all aspects of PrimeRevenue’s legal affairs. Prior to joining PrimeRevenue, David was General Counsel at Harbor Payments, Inc., an EIPP and EBPP provider, and directed Harbor’s legal affairs and human resources group up to the point of the firm’s acquisition by American Express in December 2006. Prior to joining Harbor Payments, Mr. Quillian was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Magnet Communications, Inc. a provider of outsourced cash management and funds transfer applications to financial institutions. Mr. Quillian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, as well as J.D.and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia.

Oliver Belin

Vice President Receivables Finance

Oliver Belin is a thought leader in Supply Chain Finance and working as Vice President Receivable Finance responsible for PrimeRevenue’s global receivable solutions. He worked for leading institutions in supply chain finance and receivable finance, such as Global Supply Chain Finance (GSCF) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe (SMBCE), where he was responsible for setting up and managing several working capital finance programs for multinational clients in Europe and Emerging Markets.

In 2008, Oliver founded Swiss Commercial Capital (SCC), a company specialized in working capital finance solutions targeting large, cross-border trade flows for multinational companies, which was recently acquired by Macquarie Distribution Finance Ltd. In 2011, he released the book Supply Chain Finance Solutions, published by the renowned Springer Verlag. The book provides orientation in the discipline of SCF and the latest information on business concepts by investigating the need for and nature of SCF, along with its characteristics and enablers.
